How billing works.

Who pays for the phone line?

You do — directly to Twilio, Vonage, or Telnyx. We don't mark up carrier minutes. Typical Twilio voice is $0.013–$0.020/min.

What's the all-in cost per call?

A 2-minute call on Pro ≈ $0.04 carrier + $0.12 voice + $0.04 extraction = ~$0.20.

Can I change plans anytime?

Yes. Upgrades are prorated and take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the next billing cycle.

Is there a commitment?

Monthly on Starter and Pro. Scale supports annual commits with additional volume discounts.

Do you offer a free trial on Pro?
